At Tiny Treasures, we want you to truly enjoy every product you purchase from us. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you and ensure the process is smooth and transparent.

1. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing/opening video is mandatory to claim damage. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside.
Without a proper opening video, we will not be able to process the claim.

2. Replacement / Refund
Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:
Replacement of the product, or
Store credit / refund, depending on product availability.

3. No Return for Change of Mind
Since our products are handmade and made with delicate materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or personal liking.

4. Color & Design Variation
Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, product colors may slightly vary from the images shown.
As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in design, color, or texture are natural and make every item unique.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
Tiny Treasures will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

6. Contact for Support
If you face any issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and opening video within 24 hours of delivery.
